What You will be responsible for:
- Aid the lead technician with installs, maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and cooling units for commercial/industrial clients. Diagnose and repair of electronic, mechanical and electrical components of these systems
- Wear floor savers and use drop cloths while in the client's business. Maintain a neat and organized work area.
- Assist the lead technician in re-checking each aspect of an install before leaving the job to prevent unnecessary callbacks.
- Travel to job sites in service area, and work with dispatch to ensure the schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customer
- Be available to work nights or weekends as needed to service emergency needs of our customers
- Participate in company provided training opportunities on the latest industry technology
- Identify, report and educate client on potential opportunities for additional business (newer system, service contracts, and additional services)

Qualifications and Skills:
- Be able to learn by observation and hands-on experience
- Follow routine verbal and written instruction
- Have effective communication skills with coworkers, management, and customers
- Be open to learning new things and applying them quickly
- Must be able to background/MVR screening, drug test, and physical fitness test
- Must be willing to work afterhours and occasional weekends and holidays
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude, and ability to perform regular manual labor
- Basic computer skills
- Completion of an accredited HVAC program preferred
- At least 1 year of HVAC experience highly preferred
- EPA Certification preferred
